Do we accept orders via the phone?
Yes! Call during our business hours and pay by debit, credit, or one of our other accepted forms of payment.

How long does your order take to process?
We process orders before 2pm EST, all orders made after will be processed the following day.
When should I expect my order?
You can expect your order to arrive depending on your location and what delivery option you choose. If you choose priority next day, then you will receive it next day, as long as you placed it before 2pm EST.
Cash On Delivery
COD orders will be attempted 3 times before they are returned back to us. If you cannot be home to receive your COD package: Please call your nearest USPS facility and ask if you can have a COD order held for pickup.

I'd like to see a product; will you carry it if I suggest it?
We'll certainly consider it! Simply use our email address info@NuEarthBotanical.com and send on a message to our Research & Development department. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with what we've found out about your request and whether or not we can carry it. We encourage new research and novel information and we're happy to do all we can in order to further new studies.
Do you ship discretely?
All orders are packaged discreetly as coming from one of our shipping departments in a USPS package.
We do not accept opened product returns. We do accept returns/cancellations made the same day as the order before your package has been sent.
Return of Goods / Refunds.
All sales are final. An exchange or store credit may be available in certain circumstances. In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, you must return the original purchased product. NuEarthBotanical.com may refuse return requests if the returned product is opened (all NuEarthBotanical.com products are packaged in heat-sealed zip locks), and NuEarthBotanical.com may deny or refuse an exchange or credit request upon inspection of the returned product. NuEarthBotanical.com will not reship a returned product for any reason. NuEarthBotanical.com does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any returned products (defective or otherwise). All orders are thoroughly inspected at NuEarthBotanical.com and adequately packed before shipment.
NuEarthBotanical.com return policy differs on certain items, as follows:
On all catalog items, you must contact us within at least thirty (30) days of your receipt of the product in order to qualify for an exchange or store credit.
