 We process orders before 2pm EST, all orders made after will be processed the following day.

When should I expect my order?

 You can expect your order to arrive depending on your location and what delivery option you choose. If you choose priority next day, then you will receive it next day, as long as you placed it before 2pm EST.

Cash On Delivery

COD orders will be attempted 3 times before they are returned back to us. If you cannot be home to receive your COD package: Please call your nearest USPS facility and ask if you can have a COD order held for pickup.

We'll certainly consider it!  Simply use our email address and send on a message to our Research & Development department.  We'll get back to you within 24 hours with what we've found out about your request and whether or not we can carry it.  We encourage new research and novel information and we're happy to do all we can in order to further new studies.

Do you ship discretely?

All orders are packaged discreetly as coming from one of our shipping departments in a USPS package.

  We do not accept opened product returns. We do accept returns/cancellations made the same day as the order before your package has been sent.
